Your beliefs are part of your story
For some people, faith shapes relationships, identity, hope and the way they understand difficult experiences. It can help to speak with a psychologist who is comfortable discussing that part of life.
Christian counselling and spiritually integrated treatment are available at your request, alongside evidence-based psychological care and according to your goals.
What this means in practice
- You decide whether and how faith is included.
- Your beliefs, questions and doubts are treated with respect.
- Faith conversations sit within your agreed therapy goals.
- You can change your mind at any time.
Do I need to be Christian?
No. You don’t need to be Christian, belong to a church or hold any religious belief to attend. Faith integration is optional for individual and couples sessions and is never a condition of care.
